Conditional Use Permit

Mesa Business Park's Conditional Use Permit (CUP) was approved in April, 2010. Located within King City's East Ranch Specific Plan, Mesa Business Park's CUP allows for a wide definition of tenancy.

Remodeling

Remodeling time for Mesa Business Park's tenants can be relatively short due to our possession of the CUP. Further permitting is limited to obtaining a building permit, which The City of King City is willing to expedite.
