Located in west central California, 150 miles south of San Francisco and just 2 miles off Highway 101, Mesa Business Park has four tenant areas, of which three are available for lease, expansion and customization.

Offering tenant zones ranging from 39,000 to 80,000 square feet, the park has 22,000 pounds of steam per hour available, expandable to 200,000 pounds per hour. Primary power of 60 KV and 12 KV for distribution is available. Onsite water distillation capacity of 8,500,000 gallons annually. Large volume natural gas is available onsite.

Mesa Business Park is a privately owned business park, with onsite management and maintenance. New ownership acquired the property in June, 2008, and began construction to position the business park for tenants of diverse commercial and industrial backgrounds.
